im a medium coloured 17yr old. my urethra has white spots on it towards the end and sometimes it starts itching, if i scratch, the white spots looks like some sheet on top of my skin. i donno if its a problem with skin... well , i am really ashamed to consult some doctors .. will it cause some problem to my potency ?? (i dont hav any problems while masturbating )
