Hello, everyone... I am in need of some advice. I am 18 years-old, and 190 pounds. I don't look or feel good at all. My graduation is coming up in two months and I need to look and feel my best! I want to fit into the dress I bought in November again, but the ways I have tried just aren't working out. I've cut back my portions, eaten healthier, exercised... I've even tried pills! I just don't know what to do. I am willing to do anything that I can to get back to my original 130 pounds. Please help!
