Hey guys, ok so cutting to the chase:
so I'm 18 years old, and possibly have phimosis. WHich sucks if im honest. I can retract when flaccid but not fully when erect and even then i dunno if the frenulum will be long enough (it can tingle/hurt a bit)
trying to do stretching techniques but i live a hectic lifestyle, so steroid cream would be easier. trouble is the doc says "just wait til ur older" and no way, i'm legal age in this country and i've got a girl who's ready. so is it possible to get steroid cream in the United Kingdom on prescription?
also my other worry was sometimes the penis can almost look like it was put on sideways. the dark line most people have that runs along the bottom, twists and goes up to the side of my penis and the frenulum is a little bit squint.

I can't comment on if steroid cream is available in the United Kingdom, but my experience with everyone who has used steroids in the US has been bad.
That is, they may bulk up, they may look like a greek god, but the personality changes and side effects are always unpleasant.
The doct says to you to wait it out and give it some time, yet you don't want to listen to that, do you?
I am concerned when you describe the dark line that runs up the underside of the penis rotating around and the penis "looking like it was put on sideways". That doesn't sound normal, but it may be normal for you.
Again, we're back to a doctor's evaluation of you.
But you don't want to be told no or that you can't do what you've decided it right.
