Im 22 year old male and have been having testicular pain in my testicals for almost a month now.It isn't real bad,it just started one day,its getting kinda annoying.It is random also,sometimes it doesn't hurt and then all of a sudden it starts hurting.It is kinda a pinching/burning pain.It is some times made worse by the way I bend over at work and if I raise my leg up high to go over a fence or something.I noticed a small hard lump at the bottom of my testical sac,it feels like its attached to the vien that is in there or Epididymis, it is not connected to the testical,because I can put my finges in between the testical and the lump and move it around.Im scared to death,and getting really tired of the testical pain.The size of the lump is about the size of a BB for a bb gun.Or just a little smaller than a pea.I've not been to the DR,im scared to go,could I have testicular cancer?My cousin had testicular cancer when he was 8 or 9 but his was related to a undesended testical.He's 100% now and he's 20.But any suggestion?

It could be any number of things but most likely a cyst. A urologist needs to see this. Don't wait and fool around with things like this. The longer you wait the worse it can be if it is cancer. Testicular cancer usually shows up in your age group and so this is something to not fool around with becasue ti can spread. Please go see a doctor. There is nothing to be embarassed about.
I'm 15 years old and I have an undescended testicle. Can I still have an operation to remove it and will I make a full recovery as I'm hoping to join the Army?
