I had an abortion 6 weeks ago. The doctor told me that i should get my period 5-6 weeks after the procedure. I went for the follow up apointment and everything was normal. I took a pregnancy test today and it turned out negative. Is there anything wrong with me? What should i do?

ive got the same problem aswell, i had an abortion on the 1st september, the bleeding for 10 days was awful,, the pains were awful.. i got told you get a period 4 weeks after, i dont understand though because ive had blood on and off. it comes for like one day each week, did anyone else get this.. to top it of they put in inplant in my arm and its just made my moods and my skin really bad.. anyone know what i should do... i feel like ive messed my whole body up...:'(
