Hello. I'm 6'1 (186 cm) and my father is 6'0.5 (6'1 @ 184 cm) and my mother is at 5'4 (164cm). I'm at 16 and a half years old, and I was wondering whether I would grow any taller.

Your pediatrician probably did give a height estimate to your parents years ago.
At this point you will probably continue to grow a bit more over the next year or two.
