I have a rash on my breast nipple, it is raised on the edges and flat in the middle, it is shaped round. Now I've developed another rash that looks the same under the first rash. It itches like mad, and it bleeds if I scratch it. It is driving me crazy, I apply creams, but it doesn't help..and tonight I noticed that a smaller rash is developing on the uneffected part of my nipple.
