Hi
Sorry to post this but none of the others i have read sound like what i have. I have a small fatty type lump the size of a pea on both sides of my outer labia. When i feel touch them they move around a little. They do nto hurt but have been there for a few years now. It has bothered me for a long time as i have no idea what they are. They have not grown. Are they just fatty lumps? Its odd how they are on both side? Any ideas?
Thanks a lot

If they are underneath the skin, they sound like cysts! Similar to a Bartholin Cyst. Due to the area where the "fatty" cells are, any pore can become clogged with mucus and moisture. Some cysts turn into Keloids, they aren't usually dangerous, unless they can move about the body. I have attached a link about Bartholin Cysts. Check it out, it might match your symptoms. Good luck and good health

this can be normal growing up and the best thing to do is to take a hot salty bath or press a hot, wet flannel against it to soften the fat then even if it's discouraged squeeze it to remove the fat, sweat, mucus and deteriorated hair, make sure your hands are clean and you have plenty of clean tissue or clean tp along with some thing to prevent the affected area from becoming septic or infected this and keep area clean, dry and change your pj's, undies and other garnments at regular intervals
Yes, nothing describes this exactly.
