Aarskog-Scott Syndrome and stunted social skills in children?

Are there any parents of children with Aarskog-Scott Syndrome here? If so, I really would like to hear from you. My niece is three years old and has Aarskog-Scott Syndrome, and I have noticed that she doesn't really make contact with people, and is not very social. Eye contact is rare with her. Is this common in children with Aarskog-Scott Syndrome?
