abdomen pain, sore breasts, unexpected period

You could have an ovarian cyst. I had one for about 3 months until I found out what is was. I had a constant dull ache in my lower abdomen and it really hurt when I had to pee. I was on birth control at the time, but my doctor told me to get off of it because they thought that it was my pills causing my pain, but it wasn't it was my cyst. When i went in for a ultrasound they found that my cyst had ruptured and this was what was causing the pain, dizziness, headaches and nausea. I thought for sure that I was pregnant, but turns out I was in the clear. Hope this helps! P.S.--my breasts were sore too and my periods were irregular.
