Hi , I had abdominal & breast lift with implants done on June 3rd, this is my 4th week of recovery. I'm wearing my binders & front zip-up sport bras, I'm beginning to see a big difference in the swelling. I'm getting more active each day. My husband is felling very much sex deprived, how soon can we have intercourse without any danger to me. With my abdominal surgery, I was cut all the way around from one side to the other , so my butt could be lifted also. My boobs are very tender. I'm massaging my breast 3 times a day per Dr. orders for 3 to 5 minutes. I'm wearing my binders as directed by Dr. I'm scheduled to return to work on July 7th with some restrictions. Need to know also what type of girdle I can purchase to help with my post -op care. My drains was removed a week ago. Feeling better each day. When can I return to tanning & getting in the pool without any health risk? Any suggestions would be helpful. I'm 51 yaers old & will listen to all options. Thanks Maurine
