This happened the same as me as well so don't worry you're not alone. I've had the same symptoms and I've never had sex before. You probably IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which has symptoms such as upper and lower abdominal pain, constipation, loss of appetite, bloating, etc. I'm not sure if i'm correct but you probably have that. You should at least see a doctor to confirm your symptoms.

I've been having stomach pains for over 2 months . I'm not pregnant , I've taken two pregnancy tests and I've not missed a period and I also haven't had sex for four months so I know I'm not pregnant and I'm on antibiotics that you can't take when your pregnant and I just got those . But it hurts like period cramps but worse and ALL the time . Like my stomach is still bloated and it really hurts . I don't know what's wrong . My friend said it my be from being stressed out , and my mom said it may be cysts ? But idk . A lot of females in my family have had this issue .

Hi, I've had similar symptoms too. I've never had sex before, but sometimes I have lower abdominal pain. I've had this for almost a year now. I sometimes get sharp pains, but I always think it's just my body telling me I'm constipated. Sometimes my abdomen feels heavy. I use the restroom a lot more now as well (fluids go right through me) I've also noticed a very small protrusion in my abdomen.
