It works..... temporarily. Every person is different but I found it dries up the pimple and dissolved the flakes of skin cells blocking pores. But it makes skin ultra drier recommend moisturizer in morning and metho over night. Rinse face b4 noisturing without rubbing face just splash or shower been doing this when km not attempting to use new creams that all suck. Metho is great cheap quick fix been doing for years
