Hi. I am a girl 17 years old, and I would like to sculpt my body, and make myself fit again. I know of aerobic, and I heard that it is great for this sort of thing. I would be very grateful if you could give me a clue on what to do to loose some weight. I am interested mostly in the aerobic stuff. Thanks in advance.

If you want to loose weight with aerobic, than it is great, but it is even better if you mix in some diet. Just don't starve yourself, because it helps nothing. It slows down the metabolism. When you are not doing the aerobic (you are not going to do it daily), you could jog. That burns fat quick as hell. With this kind of tempo, you will be the hottest chick in the block in no time.
