Hello. I am 19 years old girl, and I would like to get in the top shape, and I was thinking of trying to achieve this by going on aerobic. I look fine, but we all know there is always better than fine! So, my question is: Do you think it is a good idea, and how much time do you think it will going to take me to achieve this?

In two months I became really fit, and I owe it all to aerobic. Yes, I think it is a good idea, and you should go for it. It really works super quick, but it sometimes just depends of your metabolism. And if you already look fine, you only need something to tighten your muscles a bit, and burn that little fat you have. I have full confidence that you will achieve this goal in no time.
