when im on my cycle and i drink a little i bleed heavier and my cycle ends faster than when i dont drink....can anyone tell me why please?
I do know that when I get cramps, I take a shot of rum (brown not clear) and the cramps are gone within minutes. WHen they come back in 2-3 hours, I just take another shot and they're gone again. This only works with rum.
It's not enough to get you drunk but it really does the trick. I even take some to work during my period.
It works for all the women I know who have tried it.

When I was in Yugoslavia, my then boyfriend told me that alcohol made one bleed heavier - this was a folk thing. My experience is that I seem to bleed it all out if I have a couple of drinks the first night and in two to three days it is substantially over where it used to take five. I think it is true and also that it helps with cramps so it helps in two ways.
