last july aged 14, i had my 1st allergic reaction, my mum had forced me 2 hav sum beechams as i had a flu had sum went 2 sleep
my mouth felt horrible and was all spotty and swollen. After half an hour, my whole body began to feel itchy like a rash, then my eye became all swollen and fat aswell as my face. I then began 2 hav big hilly type goosebumps on my palms.
Finally i clocked off and i woke up, my itchess an dat went my eye remained but went better after a few days.
Three months later, weren't feelin well so had sum liquid paracetomal, my mouth as soon as began to feel horrible, swollen and spotty. I knew this was gonna be my second reaction. My itchiness started. But the thing that changed was my ears started throbbing and felt 2 times fatter. My face looked as if half of it had been scarred.
Went sleep hoping it be all gone by morning.
Is this normal? And what do you think i should do to remain healthy and stay well in the future? :$

Allergies can kill. You already had two serious allergic reactions. The third one may very well kill you. To stay healthy, you need to stay away from anything that might give you a reaction. You need to ask your mom to take you to see a doctor specializing in allergy and to undergo some tests to determine what you are allergic to. Keep an adrenaline shot with you at all times. The next time you have an allergic reaction, use the shot and seek emergency care right away. Don't go to sleep. You may never wake up.
