am 10 weeks pregnant and keep getting sharp pain on my left side all the way around to my back its when am sitting or lying down. I have read a few things about it and things am reading is saying it perfectly normal but am just scared because its my first pregnancy and i dont know whether its right am goner go to the doctors tomorrow but I just wanted to know whether anyone else had the same problems or is going through the same thing should i worry ?
