i am 15 years old in about 1 week, i a 5'9 and i weigh approximately 160-170 lbs. i personally think this is too much can someone please tell me what to do to drop maybe 20 pounds and lose my gut?
Body fat composition is a better indicator of fitness and health than body mass index (BMI). Best and quickest way to drop 20 lbs and lose your gut is to join a fitness center and work out on a regular basis. If you can afford to pay a personal trainer, do so. Otherwise workout with those friends of yours who are in better physical shape than you and learn by watching them.
Be more active. Join any sports that interests you. Don't skip meals and eat healthy. Most of all, watch what you eat and control the portions.
