I'm 13 year Old,i have Oily hair, No arm Or foot hair Penis Is 2.1 inches when erectioned, No Voice cracking, Get random erections sometimes, and I haven't masturbated So am I puberty Ager or not and If I am then what stage?

You are at the age where puberty is likely to be starting the random erections could be an indication of that.

The arm and leg hair will develop soon enough if you have started to get pubic hair above your penis that is also an indication that you have started puberty.

The not masturbating is a choice and is entirely up to you if you decide to try it.

So if you have started to get some pubic hair then I would say that you are in the very early stages of puberty if you have no hair down below yet most likely you have not started yet but could be pretty close to starting puberty.

There is nothing to worry about everyone grows and develops at different rates and times and soon enough you will be going through all the changes associated with puberty.
