i took the morning after pill 7 days ago, 72 hours after unprotected sex. My period has been due the last few days, and yesterday and last night i just got a very small amount of light brown discharge. I read up on the internet and read and saw it might be implantation bleeding and thought it was that, but this morning i woke up and there was blood in my knickers, like a normal period, so i assumed i had just come on like normal, but around miiday i went to the bathroom and there was a very smal amount of blood with 2 huge light /pinkish clumps that looked like tissue from organs , it looked as if it could be part of an organ What could this be? Do you think i could of been pregnant and the pill i took a week ago has aborted it? or is it normal to have that after hte morning after pill

you can not take the morning after pill 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, it will not work. It is not an abortion pill it is a high dose of birth control to prevent the sperm fertilizing the egg in the first place preventing a pregnancy from happening. if the egg has already been fertalized (taking hours or days) the morning after pill will NOT work. If your period does start acting like normal I would take a pregnancy test straight away, If you are worried about the cost you can get them at the dollar store and they are just as affective. As for the clot that was passed 2 weeks is not long enough for visible tissue to form.
