How late is your period? You and your bf would have had to have unprotected sex 10-16 days prior to your expected period. That's when you ovulate. The withdrawal method is only 80% effective and it sounds to me like it didn't work very well that time. It sounds to me like you have a very good chance of being pregnant. Take a test.
The throbbing or pulsating feeling while your bf's penis was inside you was him having an orgasm. That's what it feels like, sort of like his penis having contractions. well my last period was september 13 and i have not had a period since. we had sex on the 5 of october and i usually have my period around the same time as my mom and sister but both have already had theirs and still no period for me. but they got off theirs 4 days ago.
Yup... you sound pregnant to me. Get a test... for real. You've got to be pregnant. You need to know asap so you can start doing the right things for you and your baby.

It's always possible that your not pregnant. But I think your chances of BEING pregnant are rather high. Pregnancy does cause constipation and I too felt those stabbing pains your talking about. Most women experience constipation during their first trimester (like you). I have a feeling you really don't want to be pregnant? Or else, why haven't you taken a test yet?
