It doesn't matter about your size when small. Some guys are "growers" and others are "show-ers." A guy with a little flaccid (not erect) penis can grow to become huge and the guy with the big flaccid penis may only grow a tiny bit.
Besides, there really aren't any comparisions at 12. Some guys are in puberty, a lot aren't.
You don't have a "micropenis" by any means.
