Your boyfriend needs to learn control.  He can do this by "edging" which is masturbating to just before he orgasms, then stopping.  Waiting for the feeling to subside and then bringing himself back to that point, stopping, and repeating this pattern.  

Many guys inadvertently train themselves to ejaculate quickly as they masturbate in a hurry because they're afraid they'll get caught or they just want the feeling of an orgasm.

Be patient with him.  He'll need time to learn how to contro himself.  Don't get mad or focus on it.  If you sense that he's getting very close, usually his testicle will rise in his scrotum just before he orgasms, STOP HIM.  Pull away and tell him to wait.

You can help him get over this.  It is NOT your fault.

You should be flattered that he finds you so desirable that he comes right away. I think time will take care of it.

What Dan said about boys masturbating quickly is true also. When I was young I did have many times when I had to do it in a hurry. Then there was the fact that boys have to make a contest out of things. When some of us got together to do it we invariably made it a contest to see who could do it the quickest. I've never heard girls say they did that.

When I got married it was a huge problem because I would come almost as soon as I got the head inside so we (I) had to figure out a work around.
