Hi, I ended up in the hospital a few weeks ago having surery for an anal abcsess. I stayed 3 nights before being released. About a week after being released I had to go back and see the doc because I had a hard, hot, painful knot come up at the top of my bum. I was put on meds and it seems to be clearing up. Of course my wound is healing and the knot was filled with puss, it's also clearing up.

Now I'm having alot of itching and burning. I also have some sort of "skin tag" protruding from my anus and several tears. This could be from the itching, I'm not sure. I return to the doc for a follow up in a few days. Is there anything that I should ask about specifically? I can tell him what's going on but I would like to have some idea of what's going on before I go in so I can be sure to cover everything.
