This signs are not necessary just signs of anemia, could be signs of something else, however these signs are: fatigue, dizziness, trouble with breathing, pain in chest and abdominal pain, weight loss, black and foul smelling stool, rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, pale and cold skin etc
