I’ve been getting really bad anxiety and depression for the past 3 weeks so far. It’s really ruining myself, makes me feel cold and bitter. I just get very moody so irritated by everyone and I cry at almost EVERYTHING it’s insane. I just want to know if any of you ladies did anything that distracted you and helped you while with your hormones acting all crazy? Please let me know thank you!
Being around people helped a lot, like hanging out with friends or family. Exercising is really helpful too. If you have 20 mins, go for a walk or do some basic yoga. Coloring helps too - keeps you away from the computer and is just a good stress reliever/distraction in general.
Coconut oil, I put it on my toast. Also b complex vitamins!
