I agree with this. I have had the same symptoms after binge drinking for 3-4 days. I feel terrible and it takes my body a week to recuperate. I have been a drinker many times in my life, mostly beer which was my main poison of choice. I would feel very tired after a 3-4 day binge of drinking up to 18 beers in one day, and strong beers, 8-9% ABV. I would be out of breath just walking up a slight ramp or stairs. My anxiety was high and sometimes I would be out of breath just sitting at my desk.

I have also started to explore the anemia aspect of binge drinking and it is true. The body is drastically depleted of vitamins and minerals after a binge. I have increased my vitamins and mineral intake and started some tinctures. One of them is New England Aster tincture which is a flower. It helps me breathe better. I have developed slight asthmatic symptoms alter years of binge drinking. This NE Aster seems to help tremendously.

This one is a great post. People get easily carried away drinking. They don't realize how bad drinking is and what health issues it may cause in the long run.

100% Have all the same symptoms. Drinking is a terrible thing to do to our bodies.
I have noticed a pattern in my self. After one hard night of drinking(10+drinks) I have hangover anxiety which includes shortness of breath and over doom feeling. But it’s manageable. If I drink 2+ days Ina row the effects are 10 fold. I take 3 days to recover and have severe depression. On the 5th day I feel fine and forgot how bad it was. I have repeatedly done this more than I care to admit. I found this post really good and hope my 2
Cents. Helps
