Is there any excercises I can do to aid in sustaining an erection while taking Livitra? Its been hit or miss lately taking it.

My understanding is that most ED medicines like Lavitra help you achieve an errection by increasing blood flow... however, it doesn't guarantee holding one, because that's a function of desire and sexual stimulation. That's beyond that medicine's scope.
