Is anybody running outhere? I have a couple of questions for you. I decided to lose some weight, actually I have to lose a lot of it. After some consideration I chose running. But I need some advice on it, I'm just an amateur looking to improve his health and to get in a good shape.
Running is an excellent exercise for overall body health. Good shape, built muscles and fat burning are just the superficial benefits of running. Within our body, all of our organs are feeling positive effects. But my strong advice to you would be that you visit a doctor first, and maybe even check your cardiovascular condition. If you are extremely over weighted, there is a possibility of damaging your knees and joints. Running is great, just check out if it's the right thing for you to do.
