Anybody tried aerobic step? I find it very interesting and I'll start doing it as soon as I rearrange my other activities. I like fast walking and running, but for aerobic step I do not have to go outside, and I can still work on my legs definition. That's important for me; I mean good looks, because I'm in modeling business. Any comments on this topic?

Well, you said almost everything that has to be said for step aerobic. Of course, there are many benefits of aerobic step, and they are similar to those of running and walking. Great health, stamina, enhanced cardiovascular system, and yes, good looking legs are everything you'll have by practicing this kind of exercise. I know that your type of work can be full of stress, and aerobic step can help out with that.
