Hi there, i am a mother of two and before my kids i really had a nice body..but who doesnt,lol...I have been going through some depression the last 5 years and my doctor put me on Zoloft. Love the way it helps my depression HATE the way it made me gain almost 40 pounds. Yeah the doctor told me that wasnt the Zoloft, so why is that everyone i asked has the same problems. Anyways i am going on Vacation in 2-3 weeks and i really feel fat (160 lbs, 5"4). How can i lose 10-20 lbs without working out 24 hours a day. Please help!! :'(

There is no safe way to lost that much weight in such a short time. At most all you'd lose is water weight and then you'd be dehydrated. If you try to not eat your body will slow it's metabolism. Patience is the key to losing weight.

I am about to try this particular 1 week diet that has been said to help you lose a minimum of 10 lbs in 1 week. Before I start, can someone tell me if you tried this and has it worked for you?
