Hi, I've been listening to the zentriathlon podcasts and there was a very positive product review about Hornet Juice. I also watched NatGeo recently and was intrigued about the giant hornet's "energy liquid".
I'm really intrigued about it since the podcasts also had voicemails from other people raving about how it boosted their workouts. Has anyone tried it and what is your feedback?

I'm suspicious of all the products claiming magic.
After doing some reading, this is what i found on hornet juice:
There were no significant changes in the rates in oxygen uptake, heart rate, and plasma lactate concentration between groups. We inferred that ingesting the supplement before starting exercise has a significant effect on the respiratory exchange ratio and ratings of perceived exertion during submaximal sustained exercise for 60 min. but not on oxygen uptake, heart rate, and plasma lactate concentration.
