Had an apicoectomy on tooth 12 about 2 months ago. Everything kind of settled down within the first 2 weeks. But now it is starting to act up. It doesn't hurt really, but more like it feels sore.

There is still that area of tenderness where the hole is. In the gum area where I press with my finger. The soreness is there constantly. I know it can be a million things. But what can cause soreness to come on suddenly when everything was going so good and the pain went away within a week?
