technically you don't have to work out to lose a lot of weight...working out only constitutes for about 10 percent of your weight loss...now if your eating smarter which isn't even about your vitamins which yes you need to be healthier but to lose the lbs you have to learn what carbs fats and protiens to mix at what time during the day at that point you'll see the lbs falling off...there's a diet sorry a life change as they like calling it from a group here where i live that shows you exactly how to do that and every time i do in three days i'll drop an easy 6-12 lbs mind you that's being full all the time and fully energized because your constantly eating...so depending on what you look up and listen to could really change your outlook on the whole "diet" thing now for the working out...that comes into play when you start dropping the weight so you keep a tone and you don't create flabby skin but you don't have to work out to get good results that's a huge myth in my book...i personally like working out i'm not downing it at all it's just not so that you have to...but as for me if your wondering if this thing works so well why do i only do it periodically...well i was on a medication years back that really messed with some of my organs and completely shut my thyroid down...and at times i'll literally jump up 15 lbs or more in a month no matter what i'm eating so i'll use the one i mentioned and it helps bring me back down to my weight level but the times i'm able to afford the thyroid activator from the herb shop that i go to i've actually taken 17 lbs off in a week from just taking that stuff not altering anything in my day to day which some would gasp well wait a minute that's just not safe...and i'd have to respond to you maybe not to your thinking but it's getting my thyroid back to where it needs to be and now my bodies burning at the rate that it's used to so yes it is just fine...anyways i didn't mean to go deaper in that but i figured i probably won't be checking this again and when i've spoke to ppl before on it they've asked those questions so i figured i'd throw them out there incase anyone that's reading this wonders as well...i hope it helped though...everyone have a great day

I just started with ACV to see if it would help with stiffness in my joints...it did. I have been unable to lose more than a couple pound a month which I put back on easily and only by starving myself did I do that. After one week of 2 TBS ACV and 2 of honey in the morning with a tall glass of warm water by the end of the first week I found to my amazement I had lost 13 lbs. Trick for me is avoid carbinated beverages and drink lots of water with it. I have found my taste for food has changed and I can easily turn down sweets and seem to crave more healthy stuff like soup and actually cooking breakfast for myself. Which I usually skipped. I am happy after 25 years of being unable to lose weight on a 1000 calorie 20 carb diet without putting it all back on and starving during the process, I now dont even worry about my weight. I am losing steadily though slower than at first but Im not going to get on a scale, Im looking at my clothes. Anyway this is almost as easy as when I was 20 to drop the lbs.

I have a friend who has started drinking ACV (diluted), and it has calmed his severe acid reflux.  So much so, he has stopped taking medication for that.

Personally, I've never been a fan of taking things in strong doses.  The human body was not meant to take ACV that way.  I would opt for putting more ACV into food recipes.  Fabulous in Lentil soup.

Drinking ACV just mixed with lemon juice, I think, is not enough dilution for the esophagus to handle.  Also, drinking an ACV dilution with say 2 cups water before meals most likely will cause an appetite loss, but so will just drinking two glasses of plain water!  It fills you up!

Permanent weight loss boils down to life style changes.  Diet and exercise.  Eat less, make smaller portions, using a smaller plate.  As one ages also, metablolism slows.  Stay clear of processed, refined foods.  Take notice of your own body and its needs, it, like all things in nature~changes.  Sometimes hunger pangs can be just abated by drinking water, or taking a walk.

Apple Cider Vinegar Diet: In order to to do the ACV Diet properly for me was to MIX 2 tsp of ACV in 8oz bottle of water 30 mins before each meal, and work out 3x's a week. Although some people have a hard time digesting ACV so with that being said add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to help coat the acidic taste. The baking soda also helps with the ennamel on your teeth... I started this diet 2 months ago and lost 16 pounds already.. You can do it if you put your mind to it :)

If you're going to use ACV to lose weight, do so properly. 1T. ACV 3 times a day is great as long as you're eating it with a meal. People have the misconception that you have to eat less to lose weight. The truth is, you have to eat healthier foods. When you eat less calories than what your body needs, your body goes into what is called "starvation mode". Back when we were cavemen, we used to be nice and slim during the summer solstice because we had plenty of food to eat. But when the winter solstice came around, food was scarce. So, our bodies would start to save fat from everything we ate to bulk us up for the incoming winter. That's still true to this day. In order to lose the fat, you have to provide your engine with the fuel needed to run your body! As far as exercise goes, some people feel like it's not necessary. Did you know that doing just 30 minutes of calisthenics (i.e. running, jumping jacks, hitch-hikers, push-ups, etc) will burn 100 calories? And what's even more awesome about exercise is that even after you're finished working out, your body is still burning calories! How cool is that?!? Just like food is good for your health, exercise is good for cardiovascular health. So, eat right and exercise. Some things to consider when taking ACV is to try and get Braggs. This brand of ACV is organic and not filtered, so it still has what they call the "mother". The recipe I use is 1 T. ACV with 8 oz. Water and 1T. Raw Honey. I use raw honey, because it's really good as an immune booster as well as for allergies. I hope this helps. :)
