I plan on starting with some kind of meditation so am wondering are good tracks important while meditation is performed. I mean would those tracks help me in meditating more effectively and what they are consist of? And what kind of tracks is good for meditating if I need to use them at all. Thanks!
Well since you are a beginner in meditation than I think that some good tracks are important and I was personally using some cd with nature sounds such as winter, ocean, waterfalls or birdsong and so on. There are many good tracks that helps you meditate better and when you learn how to concentrate or focus on the specific issue while meditating you will be able to meditate without using any tracks but for now you may even use those tracks that leads you through the entire meditation process focusing your attention on the breathing at first place for the breathing is the most important if you want to meditate effectively. So at this point you might use some good tracks that are important from the breathing aspect of meditation.
