Thanks for posting this Annie. I use the tea forms for my anxiety and depression but did not realize they would be useful for eating disorders and my little sister has bullimia. Do you think if I loaned her my book and helped her try the tea forms it would help her? Any suggestions would be great, thx

I thought this was a new approach to treading eating disorders as my daughter used the TEA form exercise in her recent treatment (her second time in treatment in three years) and she said they have made a huge difference over her first treatment and so far is a lot more confident this will be a more lasting treatment.

She should see a therapist! it may take one two or seven for her to find the right one but she has to decide to help herself or she will find ways to sneak around you. There is NO ONE treatment for anorexia everyone is different and all the reasons for being ana is different have her seek help by talking it out and consult her doctor for advice on foods you can give her that she can eat less of yet still get most the nutrients she needs.
