I have had these two since almost a year ago and some little ones have been growing too, they are mostly soft but they can have somewhat a sharp head, please help me figure out what this is

Hey there so it’s hard to tell from the picture but it looks like they could be flat warts. They are not skin tags.... where are they at ? Are they on your scrotum?
