I am going to breast feed my newborn , but, I 've heard that the force of the suction by the baby may make my areola larger, has anyone had this happen?

My wife had already had large areolas before she started breastfeeding but I didn't notice any change when she started breastfeeding. Even if this were true, I suppose it would go back to the normal after you stopped breastfeeding.

Even if breastfeeding does cause any breast changes, the gains for you and the baby from breastfeeding OUTWEIGH them sooooo much that you should not be even thinking of whether breastfeeding would change anything in the breast appearance.

Ok, what I wrote may sound confusing, it's getting late(r) but you know what I mean.
