Hello everyone. Im tired of reading about everyone saying I HAVE THIS TOO, etc... so i decided to post what I "THINK" could be a solution to some/all of us. I have and hate this condition and it only started 3-4 years ago.

Here are my theories and possible solutions: (without having to go the doctor and he/she possibly insert something in our asses to charge us more)

1) MEN: try to buy dark golf shorts, because they are nylon and sweat shows less.
2) 5-HTP: its a supplement that you can buy at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. It's used to control anxiety among other things. It increases the production of serotonin.
3) I use the Gold Bond sometimes, but it works only sometimes, so I don't trust it.
4) Sage: buy a sage supplement. Sage has a very long history for combating excessive perspiration. Take 1000mg twice a day. On the net it says not to use Sage if you are pregnant and to essentials oils of Sage, because they are high on thujone, which is potentially toxic.
6) Try eating an alkaline diet, avoid acidic stuff. Im thinking that our bodies are toxic and we should detox.
7) Do a water fasting for 3 days and see if this helps you. It's hard I know, but Im thinking that our diets are what is at fault here and is causing this thing.

I HOPE that this helps you. I'm still testing these myself, but recently. The Sage is helping and I will add the 5-HTP from April 1st, 2016.

IM NOT A DOCTOR, IM JUST A 39 YEAR OLD WITH A SWEATY ASS. CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN, HOWEVER THE TWO THINGS I MENTIONED (5-HTP AND SAGE) ARE PRETTY SAFE.

Good luck.

I I work in the legal profession which is a very hectic and stressful situation,o it also entails a lot of driving.. All of my life I have been diagnosed with ADD. Due to that condition I have to take Ritalin which is a stimulant. That alone can cause excessive sweating, however not to the point where I was.

I normally wear a suit for work but by mid-morning I was so sweaty that even my jacket was soaking wet. As you can imagine, the embarrassment it calls while speaking to the judge, law enforcement officersl and my clients. I literally would change clothes a few times a day n court. This certainly had great consequences in my perssonal and professional life.

I can promise you, I have tried every single remedy other than surgery. After extensive study, I came across the generic form of Robinul. After gathering all my documentation, I met with my doctor. He prescribed it for me and now I have no issue with sweating. There are two things that you must know, YOU MUST drink plenty of water (nor soft drinks or other c**p) and be aware that until your body gets used to it you will be going to the bathroom to pee alot.

After all my visits to the Specialist and dermatologist none of them shared this drug information. Obviously not all of them are about the money, however the ones I saw never made me aware of this medication. All they wanted to do was botox injection and several other different types of treatment that costed hundreds into the thousands of dollars. With my insurance and getting the generic form this drug only cost me $4 a month. As we all know from sweating we have a very limited wardrobe. I can now say that has changed as my swelling has decreased by about 90%. Basically I sweat as a normal person would.

I don't think it has anything to do with weight. I'm a 15 year old girl and I weight 46 kilograms, but i still experience a sweaty butt. I have no idea what is is, but it's not to do with weight.

I don't usually write on these things but I hope this is helpful. The reason it fluctuates in sweating a lot to less at other times, is because of your bowel movements, level of hydration and foods. If you eat a lot of food in general, especially fruits and fibre foods, then this will produce a lot of feces in your bowels, which bring toxic waste and heat to the bowel area. The body sweats to regulate its internal temperature so if you eat a lot and haven't crapped yet, you are likely to sweat. Taking a c**p will reduce sweating in that area to some significant extent. Hydration is so important here but it is a curse since the more hydrated you are, and therefore healthier, the more you sweat. I've noticed that less water throughout the day and more dried foods like nuts and seeds will reduce sweating. This bring me to my last point, smoking weed. Weed is know to give smokers 'dry mouth' which is a sign of its ability to dehydrate you. Therefore, smoking some weed when the sweating starts will definitely cause you to almost instantly stop sweating, literally in less than minutes. I'd also like to mention that you shouldn't sit for long obviously without giving your bum air to respire so maybe a slightly adjusted sitting position or certain clothes will do the job but apart from the pot I am unsure how to cure this problem for good.

I've had this problem for over 2 years, and it has gotten progressively more disruptive of my life.

I think it is caused by a hormonal inbalance. The two major culprits being dairy and masturbation. I would be willing to bet that average male with this problem will find it resolved by removing diary from their diet completely and by minimizing masturbation.

You might also try increasing testosterone in some other way. I really do think it's your body using your prostate (or even possibly the equivalent gland in women that secretes a similar chemical) to increase your production of chemicals conducive to testosterone. Dairy has hormones in it that hurt this process. Only masturbate when you don't consume dair, only consume dairy when you haven't and aren't going to masturbate.

I may actually have gone nuts over this, and my theory may exhibit that. However, I'll be entirely honest in that this has effected me so severely that I've contemplated suicide. I'm a fairly smart guy too, so I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this out, and this is my best working theory.

I have also been to several doctors and specialists, and I think this issue is made worse by stress (which increases hormone production) and infection (which can increase hormone production).

If you are worried about it happening and want a fix that will work around the issue when lifestyle change is absolutely avoidable, then your dermatologist can prescribe drysol. Be careful with it, but it does work.

I also forgot to add that caffeine makes it a more instant problem, but I think this is because it spreads hormone production up by spreading up your metabolism which directly effects your uptake of dairy hormones.

I would suggest wearing depends so that you don't soak through, at least no one will know you're wearing them except you, and baby wipes to clean up any other areas that need it. For cloth diapering, they invented a waterproof and smell proof bag that zips, if you dont want to throw it away at work, then get one of those bags and keep it in your purse and throw it away in therr until you get home. The bag is reusable and it really works for poop and pee, I cloth diapered my daughter, it doesn't leak or stink but you have to have the right detergent for it or else you could ruin it and I think you don't want to dry it in high heat. Do you think that your butt is hot or it just sweats for no reason?

I don't sweat as much as you and this is a new problem for me that I think might be a medical problema. Now I have to stick my butt out of the blanket so that I won't sweat when I sleep. I have to keep my knees, arms and back warm and my butt cool. I'm considering cooling underwear, idk if they've invented women's cooling underwear.

Hyperhidrosis can be really hard to deal with!! The sweat all over the body is incredibly frustrating to deal with. I tried talc powders back when those hadn't been deemed unsafe for women, and then it was tough for me to find something once all those studies linking it to cancer came out. But a family friend recommended Anti Monkey Butt Powder to me and they developed a lady formula that is not made with talc. Super easy to put on. It absorbs the sweat and has calamine in it to moisturize the area too

Ass sweating led me to serious psychological and social problems. Some people assumed it was urinary incontinence that caused a wet butt. This led to all kinds of jokes at my workplace. My life now is a nightmare.
I wonder if anyone else had gone through a similar experience, and how they dealt with it.
