I have an embarrasing question. I am 17 and I have asymmetrical testicles. Can you tell me what is the cause of it and will it eventually become the same size? Could it be that I have some serious condition?

You have nothing to be embarrassed about. You are not the only one with this kind of problem. I refer to it as a problem because in most cases it can cause a lot of emotional problems. Often, men have asymmetrical testicles. Similar to any other parts of the body, one hand, foot, pectoral muscle, or breast is usually slightly larger than the other. Some people need to buy a larger shoe or bra size to accommodate their larger-sized body part. Often, but not always, the left testicle is a bit larger and a bit lower inside the scrotum. You did not tell me if you have ever experienced pain associated with your testicles? If you feel discomfort or pain then it can be a warning sign that needs to be discussed with your doctor. I am sure that you are fine and remember that you have nothing to be embarrassed about.
