What the majority of you are describing is most likely caused by a curvature and rotation of the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine (they rarely ever deform in isolation from one another), also known as scoliosis. Exercises and manual therapies are a big help, as is optimal nutrition. However, it is important to understand and accept that this disorder is caused by malformation of the vertebrae, with certain sides of certain vertebrae being "thinner" than the opposing sides, causing the spine to tilt in the direction of the larger vertebral space created by the uneven vertebral body. While probably never 100% curable thru exercises, it is important to engage in them to prevent gravity from grinding the bone down more on the concave side, thus causing further tilt.
The twisting described happens as a result of the muscles (unsuccessfully) attempting to rotate the spine into a more stable position. For this reason it is extremely important to develop an exercise plan with a well qualified professional to prevent serious injury down the line and to keep from inadvertently exacerbating the condition (which is very easy to do since it is very difficult for the patient to discern which way each part of the spine needs to be moved).

so i have the same problem as you pretty much, i'm right handed and also became a chronic masturbator at around 12 or 13. i've brought it up with a nurse while i was at the E.R. for different things and she told me theres nothing for me to do about it, it's just a condition a lot of kids have now a days. i was iffy about believing her so i started researching on the web about it. i was ECSTATIC when i read your post because i was starting to worry something was seriously wrong with my body; on occasion it will give me slight pain but will just go away after a couple minutes, did that happen also with you? i think i still may go to the doctors though to check to make sure that could be the problem, too much jerkin with the right hand. also my right forearm muscle is around an inch bigger in diameter than the left so that also made me think/realize it could just be that. anyone who reads this reply should see if they masturbate too much with one hand.

Oh.... My... God! I genuinely thought I was the only one with this, Im left-bodied (noticed like all you, at a young age (12))
Where I used to lift weights & go CRAZY in the school gym (was a sports college) that was 12-16 year old,
Played rugby (where I snapped my collar bone in 2 places on my RIGHT side) was 15-16 year old
& also spent a many years hunched over my PC most evenings playing games or doing homework/revision, 12-17 years old
Since 2009 (22 in 2013) Ive been obsessed with it, I don't have a bone sticking out, but my god, the doctor just says its normal/hardly noticeable/just me thinking about it
(Ill get to the symptoms in a sec) Its annoying cause for me my body twists to the right, my head is constantly tilted (Which doesn't affect balance or give me a tilted view) due to my left side of my neck being by far stronger 'pushing' my head up on one side, the moment I stop thinking about it, it tilts again! I see alot of you say, 'looks larger' true dat, but I'd go with the phase one side is 'More developed' (mine being my left, which f**ks me off cause I have it in my face! Some of you are lucky! No its not cerebal palsy lol, bells palsy whatever it is, its just not as developed, less sensation than left, less responsive then left eye, hand etc ... am using my right hand alot more tho as of the last few months
Basically the two main, things is a twisted upperbody, & honestly 22 hours of the day it feels like I should have a point inbetween my ears, of evenness, so I know when my head is level, but sometimes I feel like my eyes are diagonal to my head if that makes sense, like my center of point is complete off, it feels like having a skull diagonal in my skin!! Which goes back to the twisting thing, maybe thats it, its twisted so I have to spin round to feel 'central'
which I thought and only powerful/high dosage sedatives make me stand 'forward/straight'
Treatment wise: Try EVERYTHING mentioned here if your as obsessed as myself and some others here (its fcuks with your mind more than anything)
If I could talk to someone without their eyes drifting to my jaw muscles (where one side looks like Arnie and one side looks like doctor slender) then I wouldn't mind, lol, 9/10 then drift off to my neck and my noticeably larger left shoulder muscles (thats a killer also) Cause lately, Ive just thought fcuk it! Im me, theirs alot worse off people out their)
But its just so damn hard
Things Ive found to work, Sedatives,
Going gym/helluva BMX session (think because I go extreme then I literally feel my right side inflating, blood flow (this is crucial, you have to feel for it tho, feel the blood flowing all over your body as opposed to your preferred side),
x amount of cups of strong tea (I find when I have a cup of tea every two hours of the waking day...just trust me.. your muscles will love you for the anti-oxidants, because CO2 & polluted air in general (and anything you eat/put in your blood stream for that) will be flushed out (as you know) but at an incredible pace, your body will just feel so much cleaner & more 'functioning' - Coffee can make it worse by wearing out nerves alot quicker which give you less sensation in the weaker side & because it in-voluntarily tenses your stronger side.
So so glad I found its more than just me, thanks to all the posters especially the one mentioning Scoliosis and the vast amount of knowledge he/she provided,
Yup, I checked the date, but I came looking and found, so hopefully anyone in future will find this of help/relatedness.
If anyone from above reads this, or the OP, let me know how your getting on a year later.
