Today is DEFINITELY F&*K with the customer day:
After the Starbucks Incident I went to the grocery store for a sub for lunch. The grocery store deli is amazingly slow, but i go into there KNOWING it's slow so it's not a big deal.
Today i walked up to the counter and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak.
"A Philly?" The lady looks at me like i jsut asked her to run a marathon.
"Yep, a steak and cheese"
She looks at her co-worker "Man i hate makin Phillies"
"Sorry to put you out," i reply, and give her the evilest grin i can.
She takes a painstakingly long time to make my sandwhich (it's good by the way) and when it's finished i'm tempted to say i want another one. Instead she wrapped it like an id**t (getting half the wrapper inside my sandwhich and all over the melted cheese) and plopped it on the counter. The whole time she's lookin at me like i just punched a baby in the face.
One bad customer service a day is enough, i was thoroughly irritated that this chick even works here if she hates it to f'ing much.
so i went to the manager and told him that "Loni" needed an attitude adjustment. He assured me she'd be adjusted in the near future.
Do i feel better? no, i'd rather have taken her out back and 'adjusted' her myself, but the next time i go up there, if "Loni" is working, i'm going to amke sure to order 3 philly subs....one at a time.
Spit? Spit? You better hope it's just spit.:puke: You know, its thoughts like these that make me never want to eat out again....
I was a waitress and I would spill things on people. But not on purpose. I was just clumsy!
Then again...I'd order the sandwiches, enjoy her attitude, then toss them in the trash in front of her.
Spit? Spit? You better hope it's just spit. That would have been a true Philly samwich
