I have a friend who has had really bad pain near her left ovary for over 6 months now. (Don't worry she is seeing a doctor for it, she is booked for a Laparoscopy soon.) After she has been feeling it for a very long time (it's a sharp pain. She couldn't go far nor do much. And it always hurt a lot more of the time when she is getting her period (the day she gets it) and when it finishes.)
But for just over the past 2 weeks she has not felt it and to her it's a little strange. Instead she's been feeling nauseated all day, hungry more, sleepy, and a few other things that seem to be like early pregnancy signs.
I was just wondering if anyone has had it before or anything close to it. Or your thoughts of what it can mean/be?
Thanks for reading :)

Cherry,
You posted this a while back, so don't know if you still check it.. I came on this site actually to find some sort of reason.. Because I have a similar problem. Sometimes after intercourse (nothing unusual done or anything), my left ovary will be in extreme pain- I will be doubled over in pain, it takes my breath. But instead of it being like a sharp pain, it is more like something is taking a hold of my ovary and squeezing really really tight. The good part is the pain usually doesn't last very long (10-15 mins at most usually) , While it's going on I will begin sweating really bad (almost like hot flashes or something) and I can't hardly move at all- and I just cry (which it takes ALOT of pain to make me cry)It's like it has to relax itself before the pain will go away. After or during (at the end) intercourse is the ONLY time I have this problem like this though.... So I wish I could find an answer as to why this is happening
