I had taken planned b on Monday January 7 and expecting my period on jan 21 I was a day late and tested 3times and now I am pregnant, my question is will planned b have an affect on the baby any type of health problems or disorders if I in fact am pregnant and the planned b failed?

No. Plan B should not harm the baby.
Did you get a positive test result? If so, you likely are pregnant.
Plan B is not as effective as daily birth control.
