I am going on a diet, starting tomorrow! I am so excited! Not about the diet as such, but I cannot wait to see my body after it is all done. I am going to be so proud of myself! I do like fish, and I am hoping for some advice about the best diet fish? Which fish is the best when you are on a diet, and how do you prepare it?

I highly recommend you look up calorie trackers online. There are programs that will help you count any meal you eat. For instance, smoked salmon has its own number of calories, as does tuna salad. When you compare the calories, it is up to you to decide whether you can have a certain meal that day or not.
