I am on a diet obviously to lose weight, but nothing seems to be happening. I have been on the diet for two weeks and I have not lost a single pound. The diet is making feel depressed, and I am about to give it up altogether as I have not seen any results. Perhaps I should try a different diet and eat different foods. What are the best diet foods to lose weight?

Perhaps you could start by telling us what it is that you are doing at the moment. If you are on a specific diet, which one? What do you eat and how much? And often do you eat? Could you have any water retention that is responsible for the fact you have not lost any weight so far? If you give more info, I am sure you will get some useful answers.
