Hi! I just tested and got a Big Fat Positive! So I am most definitely pregnant! Is there anything that I need to take into account when it comes to eating habits in pregnancy? It is my first pregnancy and all of my friends are still single, so I don't really know... What is the best diet in pregnancy?

First of all, if you have not been taking folic acid so far, I would start now. This helps reduce the chance of birth defects and helps your growing fetus develop properly! I'd also invest in a good pregnancy multivitamin. Besides that, eat a good and healthy diet - varied foods. Avoid drinking too much caffeine, and raw cheeses, meat and fish are a no-no. Oh, and I almost forgot - congratulations on your pregnancy!
