I recently got divorced and soon after that, got into bodybuilding as well. It was just a hobby at first, but my muscles are getting bigger and I am really proud now. I would like to continue bodybuilding, and really devote myself to it. Are there more experienced bodybuilders here? What is the best diet plan for a lady bodybuilder?
