I am hoping for some suggestions from people who have done this before. I gave birth nine months ago, and have some fat to show for it, though it isn't too bad. I eat pretty much whatever I like, and I will admit that that is not always healthy. My diet is certainly too rich in processed foods and refined sugars, which is bad for you, I know. I want to change my diet to fit in with my new fitness regime, and eat foods that encourage weight loss but muscle construction. Have you any specific tips for me? Where do I start?
